HIKE AT ARMSTRONG REDWOODS-Guerneville (Sonoma County)

Miles: 9 (or 6 miles with leaderless return)
Strenuous (Not recommened for beginners)
We will hike to Bullfrog Pond from the parking lot at the entrance to Armstrong Redwoods. Almost all uphill the first part of the hike.
MEET AT: 9:00 at Starbucks in Farmers Lane Plaza (Next to Coco's) 1511 Farmers Lane
Take highway 12 east, right on Farmers Lane, first right into Farmers Lane Plaza (Starbucks is to the right).

MEET AT: Armstrong Redwoods in Guerneville at 9:45. 101 North take the River Road exit left. 30 MINUTE DRIVE to Guerneville. Make a right at Armstrong Woods Road. Drive to the end of road a to entrance of Armstrong Redwoods. Park in the lot on the right before entering the park. No fee for parking. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE RANGER STOP.
Should be back to the parking lot by 3:30
BRING: lots of water, lunch, snacks, suntan lotion, wear layered clothes, rain gear optional.
